Property Staged is here to help with you with the sometimes difficult decision of paint colour selection. Changing the paint colour is an inexpensive way to make the most impact in a space. With so many options available, we are here to help you whether you are choosing a colour palette for your own personal home or for selling a home. Our goal is to guide you in the right direction because the decision on what will work best in the space will be an important one.
Based on your needs and preferences, we will work with you to find options for colours that will work beautifully in your space, or be neutral and eye catching enough appeal to most home buyers.
Colour Consultation $125 + HST (up to 1 hour, notes included)
Bonus Hourly Rate $80 per hour if more time is required
*Please note: we always do our absolute best to ensure the paint colours selected are best for the space. We will not rush through a colour selection as we want to make sure it is what you want. If more selection time is needed, we will discuss it with you before hand. We use Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore Paint Fans. Should you prefer to use another brand of paint, please let us know when booking the consultation so we can make any necessary adjustments for our visit. All colour consultations are done during day light hours only. Interior and Exterior Paint Selections Available.
