It is best to stage your home before you list it and before the listing photos as they are your key to attracting potential buyers. However, if your home is already listed it is better to try staging your home. Staging is a way better investment versus just dropping the asking price.
Generally an open house brings in potential buyers who are already in love with a particular neighbourhood; so we just help make them fall in love with your home. On the morning of, or day before an open house, we stage your property so prospective buyers see your homes’ true potential. We generally work with what you have. If you have a budget for a few key items – we will suggest items only if necessary.
